Payment Options

Dental Care For the Entire Family

Dental treatments are important and financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining the care that you deserve. We provide our patients with a variety of options such as payment via insurance, all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Care credit.

INSURANCE

We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. We accept most major insurance plans (please see list below), we will gladly check on your insurance to see your benefit coverage. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles as set forth by your individual policies. Payment of co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of your visit. In case, of no payment or partial payment from your insurance company, you will be responsible for the balance payment. We will bill you for 3 monthly cycles after which if we don’t receive any payments your balance will be subject to a collections agency.

FINANCING OPTIONS

As a service to our guests, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment program. This option provides patients with several interest free payment options.

With CareCredit you can:

  • Start treatment and care immediately and pay over time
  • Pay for other medical expenses for you and your family without having to reapply
  • Pay for deductibles and treatment not covered by insurance
  • Have no annual fees

To ensure the safety of our patients, staff and community, we are closing our office until the first week of June. We will reopen in June as per the guidance from American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association to limit the spread of the COVID-19.
